By using EduAI Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
02Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country.
03Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to generate illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or breach our systems.
04Content ownership
You own the content you input. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We own the platform, models and our brand.
05AI output
Outputs are generated by AI models and may contain errors. Teachers remain responsible for reviewing content before classroom use.
06Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before period end. Refunds are available within 14 days of your first purchase.
07Cancellation & termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
08Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
09Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed amounts you paid in the previous 12 months.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Dubai.
11Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new version.
